The fee for the EFT Retreat ($850) includes the workshops and up to 35 NBCC CEs ONLY.
The fee does NOT include travel, accommodations, the cruise, excursions, attendance of workshops by anyone other than you, or any other fees/costs incurred as a result of attending this event.

Refund Policy for Workshops
This refund policy is for the retreat workshops fee ONLY.
Participants are responsible for costs related to travel, accommodations, excursions, or other fees incurred. These costs are not included in this registration fee, and not subject to this refund policy.
Refund policies: A $100 administrative fee will be charged for all refunds. Refunds for event registration (minus the $100.00 administrative fee) will be issued for requests made up to 180 days prior to the start date of the event (March 21, 2025). Cancellation requests made up to 92 days prior to the start date of the event (June 17, 2025) will receive a 50% refund (minus a $100.00 administrative fee). Although we understand emergencies happen, due to fixed overhead costs, we are unable to refund fees within 91 days (June 18, 2025) from the start date of the event.
Consider purchasing travel insurance for the cruise. Suggested travel insurance compancies are listed above.

Thank you for considering supporting Alaska EFT. We are an entirely volunteer-driven nonprofit, dedicated to providing mental health professionals with opportunities to connect, and train and enhance their expertise in EFT.
This support will help bring EFT training to Alaska and reduce financial barriers to training for clinicians from marginalized communities.
